COMPETITION SCHEDULE
- Top 20 (begins January 20th and ends January 30th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top twenty (20) Competitors in that group.
- Top 15 (begins January 30th and ends February 6th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top fifteen (15) Competitors in that group.
- Top 10 (begins February 6th and ends February 13th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top ten (10) Competitors in that group.
- Top 5 (begins February 13th and ends February 20th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top five (5) Competitors in that group.
- Group Finals (begin February 20th and end February 27th) – Public voting will help reduce total Competitors to one (1) preliminary winner in each Group Finals group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
- Wildcard Round (begins February 28th and ends March 2nd) – Competitors who took second (2nd) place in their respective Group Finals group will compete in a shortened round for a chance to advance to the Quarterfinals. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Competitor from each group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
- Quarterfinals (begin March 3rd and end March 13th) – The top Competitors from each Group Finals/Wildcard Round group will be divided into Quarterfinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Quarterfinalist from each group who will then advance to the Semifinals.
- Semifinals (begin March 14th and end March 20th) – The top Competitors from each Quarterfinals group will be divided into Semifinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Semifinalist from each group who will then advance to the Finals.
- Finals (begin March 21st and end March 27th) – Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine which Finalist will be the winner of the 2025 Entrepreneur of Impact Competition (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or before April 26th, 2025.

It is not necessary for individuals registering to compete (each an “Entrant” and collectively, “Entrants”) to pay an entry fee, cast a vote, or tender payment of any kind to enter the Competition. Competition entry open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older (“Eligible Entry Age”) that are legal residents of the United States (U.S) or Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of entry. Further eligibility restrictions are listed below.
It is not necessary for individuals submitting votes (each a “Voter” and collectively, “Voters”) to pay to cast a vote, although a Voter may choose to do so if they wish to vote more than once per day during the Competition. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law. Purchasing of votes limited to those individuals who are eighteen (18) years or older.
