- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning Blend can use more or less to taste - with zero salt penalty!
- 4 Low Sodium Flour Tortillas we use La Banderita Low Sodium Tortillas
- 4 tbsp Low Sodium Salsa
- 4 tbsp Sour Cream Optional - we use Daisy brand as it is lower in sodium
- 4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese we use a very small amount of cheese to keep sodium numbers low
- 1 Fresh Tomato diced
- 8 tbsp Lauri Lee's Refried Beans Optional - See Recipe on our site
- 8 tbsp Lauri Lee's Mexican Rice Optional - See Recipe on our site
- 1 cup Grilled red and yellow bell peppers Optional - Adds color and flavor
In a large skillet, cook cubed chicken in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).
1 lb Chicken Breast, 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Sprinkle on Lauri Lee’s Ultra-Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning and simmer on reduced heat for about 2 min.

Once chicken is cooked and seasoned to taste, load up your burrito with chicken, and toppings and wrap it up.
