Lemon Pepper Cod
Delicious and refreshing cod with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

- 1 med – large skillet
Ingredients
- 1 – 1½ lbs cod filets
- 1 Tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tsp Butter for low sodium diet, use unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
Instructions
- Pat Cod filets dry with a paper towel.
- Heat a medium – large fry pan over med – med low heat and add olive oil and butter until melted and heated.
- combine flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Coat each filet with flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend mixture and add to heated pan.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until fish is golden brown on the outside and fish is flaky and internal temp of fish is 145℉.
- Plate and enjoy!
