- 1 - 1½ lbs cod filets
- 1 Tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tsp Butter for low sodium diet, use unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
Pat Cod filets dry with a paper towel.
Heat a medium - large fry pan over med - med low heat and add olive oil and butter until melted and heated.
combine flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
Coat each filet with flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend mixture and add to heated pan.
Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until fish is golden brown on the outside and fish is flaky and internal temp of fish is 145℉.
Plate and enjoy!
