Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 1½ lbs cod filets
  • 1 Tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Tsp Butter for low sodium diet, use unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • Pat Cod filets dry with a paper towel.
  • Heat a medium - large fry pan over med - med low heat and add olive oil and butter until melted and heated.
  • combine flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
  • Coat each filet with flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend mixture and add to heated pan.
  • Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until fish is golden brown on the outside and fish is flaky and internal temp of fish is 145℉.
  • Plate and enjoy!
