Ingredients
- 8 ears of corn husked and cleaned
- 1/2 tsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning or season to taste
- 1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 Cup Butter
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Drop in corn and boil for 5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add cilantro and lime juice.
- Brush butter "gravy" over the corn.
- Season with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning
