Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer (bake in oven if air fryer not available)

Materials

  • 1 Zucchini Chopped or sliced lengthwise
  • 10 Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 Drizzle Avocado Oil
  • 3-4 Tsp Lauri Lee's Adobo Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the ends of the sprouts. Toss veggies with a drizzle of avocado oil in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo seasoning.
  • Air Fry at 375 degrees for 12 Minutes (stop and toss the veggies at the 6 minute mark - half way through cooking). The brussel sprouts leaf tops will fall off and look burned, that is ok. The char adds delicious flavor.

Notes

Can also be done with Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Carrots etc.
