A delicious, light yet hearty Adobo Chicken salad

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 spring mix salad
- 1 Cucumber Sliced
- 1 spoonful Pine Nuts
- 1 spoonful cranberries
- 1 spoonful olives
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 1 tsp Adobo or season to taste
- 1 tomato chopped
Grill your chicken seasoned with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning.
Toss together spring mix salad, cucumber, tomatoes, pine nuts, cranberries, olives and jalapeƱo.
Add cooked chicken to salad.
