Materials

  • 1 16 oz can Can of Low Sodium Refried Beans look at your labels! We use Kroger brand which is lower in sodium
  • 1 tsp Lauri Lee’s Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning or Lauri Lee’s Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning – for a little more Zip! use more or less to taste
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Cup of Shredded Monterey Cheese optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix  together 1 can of low sodium refried beans and Lauri Lee’s Ultra Low Sodium Adobo or Taco Seasoning.
  • Pour into a small baking pan, cover with foil and heat at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, uncover and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake another 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
