Taco Mac Salad with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Macaroni
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 small can Sliced Olives
  • 1 can Diced Green Chilis (can use 5 whole green chilis, diced)
  • 1 small Jicama diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 3 Tsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blend

Instructions
 

  • Boil macaroni according to package, draina and rinse.
  • Add veggies, Mayo, cheese and seasoning and combine well.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
