- 1 Foil lined Cookie Pan
Ingredients
- 3 lbs small red, white or golden potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning Blend – Season to taste Can also use Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- ⅕ tsp A Dash of sea salt OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Cut potatoes in half or quarters and place in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blend, and a dash of salt (optional).
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Transfer potatoes to a sheet pan and spread into one even layer.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, stirring half way through until they are golden brown.
- Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle parsley for garnish if desired. (optional)Serve &Enjoy!
