Love these low salt spices!
I attended a Farmer’s Market recently, where I discovered Lauri Lee’s spices. I rarely bother to write reviews, but I must say these low salt spices are fabulous. I use the Garlic and Herb for so many things….especially roasted vegetables and in soups, casseroles, and anything Italian.etc. I use the Adobe for tacos, enchiladas, etc. They are such great spice combinations with low salt. I highly recommend. We can all benefit from lower salt in our diets!

Dangerously delicious
Got some Zesty Mex Dip from them at a farmers market and loved it. Plus it a pretty good alternative to other dips for me since I have to keep my sodium intake quite low

Amazing flavor
This is a new staple in my kitchen. My husband loves the flavor so much. He puts it in everything. Very versatile in recipes.
