Return Policy

Lauri Lee’s wants every customer to be satisfied with every purchase of our delicious products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Lauri Lee’s, we provide the following provisions for returns.

Refunds

UNOPENED PRODUCTS – Unopened products purchased from Lauri Lee’s can be returned for a full refund of the price of the product (not including shipping) if you notify our Customer Care team within thirty (30) days of the purchase. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the product, and instructions for returning the product to Lauri Lee’s. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase, once the returned product is received by Lauri Lee’s.

OPENED PRODUCTS – If you open your Lauri Lee’s product, use it, and find that you are not satisfied with it, you can still return it for a full refund of the price of the product (not including shipping), if you notify our Customer Care team within fifteen (15) days of the purchase and return the unused portion in the original container. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the product, and instructions for returning the product to Lauri Lee’s. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase, once the returned product is received by Lauri Lee’s.

Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid for the product in your order, and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. All shipping charges paid by the customer to receive the order will not be applied to the refunded total. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be applied after the returned product is received.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one of our products and would like to exchange it for a different product, please contact us within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase for opened products, and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase for unopened products, and we will work with you to exchange the product for another item of equal price. Exchanges will be handled in similar fashion to refunds, as shown above. Free promotional items are not able to be exchanged.

Lauri Lee’s reserves the right to change our returns policy without prior notice. The policies described on this website at the time of notification of intent to make a return are the official policies and will considered binding.
