Materials

  • Lauri Lee’s Low Sodium Party Dip - Adobo, Zesty Mex, Garlic & Herb, or Big Guns Chili - see chart below.
  • Sour Cream - We use Daisy Sour Cream, as it is very low in sodium.

Instructions

  • Add the appropriate amount of Lauri Lee’s Low Sodium Party Dip Mix directly into the sour cream (or other base, such as plain Greek yogurt, plain hummus, etc.)
  • Stir well, mixing thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (24 hours makes it even more fantastic!)
  • Serve with your favorite dipping foods, and enjoy!!
  • Don't forget, you can use Lauri Lee's Low Sodium Party Dips to top some of your favorite dishes, like tacos, enchiladas, potato skins (and much more!), and add an awesome layer of flavor to the foods you love!
