Ingredients
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1½ cups Water
- 1-2 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Blend Season to taste
- 1 8oz can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- Stir in flour and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Blend into the hot oil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until the flour is lightly brown in color. (3-5 minutes).2 tbsp Flour, 1-2 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Blend
- Gradually pour in water and tomato sauce into the flour mixture while stirring until the flour is completely incorporated into a smooth mixture. Continue cooking until thickened slightly (about 10 minutes).1½ cups Water, 1 8oz can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
