Air Fried Lemon Pepper Wings
Delicious chicken wings that are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside seasoned with the bright and delicious Lauri Lee's low sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer Can bake in oven if necessary
Ingredients
- 1 – 1 1/2 lbs Chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter melted
- 2-3 tsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400℉
- Pat dry chicken wings.
- In a medium bowl, toss together chicken wings, olive oil and 1 to 1 ½ tsp of Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper.
- Add wings in a single layer to air fryer basket and cook at 400° for 8 minutes.
- Flip the wings in the basket and cook at 400℉ for another 8 minutes.
- Remove wings from air fryer, and put in a clean, medium size bowl toss with melted butter and the remaining 1 – 1½ tsp of Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Return wings to air fryer and cook an additional 3-5 minutes at 400℉ until golden brown. Internal temp of the thickest part of the wings should be 165℉.
