Delicious Tostadas made with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning

Materials
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Blend
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 ea Low sodium white corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 8 Tbsp Lauri Lee's easy refried beans click link below for easy recipe
- 4 Tbsp Low sodium salsa
- 4 Tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Leaves Organic Lettuce chopped
- 1 vine ripened tomato chopped
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once ground beef is cooked through, drain grease and return to skillet1 lb ground beef
- Add 3/4 cup of water with 1 tbsp of Lauri Lee’s Ultra-Low Sodium Taco Seasoning and simmer on reduced heat for about 5 min3/4 cup water, 1 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Blend
- While the ground beef is simmering, fry white corn tortillas FLAT in a little bit of canola oil to crisp up.1/4 cup Canola oil, 4 ea Low sodium white corn tortillas
- Once tortillas are cooked, lay on a plate with paper towels to absorb and reduce oil.
- Spread beans on tortilla, add taco meat, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.1 lb ground beef, 8 Tbsp Lauri Lee's easy refried beans, 4 Tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese, 4 Leaves Organic Lettuce, 1 vine ripened tomato, 4 Tbsp Low sodium salsa
