Air Fried Potato Chips seasoned with Lauri Lee’s Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blends

Crispy and delicious air-fried potato chips are a perfect snack and easy to make. Elevate them by seasoning with any flavor of Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning blends.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium size potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado extra virgin, can also spray olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt OPTIONAL
  • ½ tsp your favorite Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blend

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice potatoes (the thinner the better). If you can use a mandolin slice or food processor attachment that helps keep them uniform and thin!
  • Rinse the potato slices under cold water.
  • Soak the potato slices in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain this water and soak in new cold water for another 10 minutes.
  • Drain potatoes and pat dry. Toss (or spray) potato slices with oil, Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning blend and salt (optional).
  • Arrange the potato slices in the air fryer cooking basket or tray. Give them some space so they do not overlap.
  • Air fry at 400℉ for 5 minutes. Open Air fryer and flip each potato slice and lightly spray with oil (if needed) and air fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Notes

Air fryer potato chips only stay crispy for a short time so make them in small batches and enjoy!
