Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-18 Oz pork tenderloin
  • ¼ – ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tad sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine Olive oil and Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning Blend and salt (optional) in a small bowl. Whisk together to combine.
  • Place pork tenderloin in a large gallon ziplock freezer bag. Pour olive oil/Adobo mixture over tenderloin and zip back up tightly. Gently shake bag to coat the entire tenderloin. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Grill Method: Preheat the grill to high. Place tenderloin on the grill and cooking turning a few times to sear on all sides. Turn grill down to low and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Cook until meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145℉.
    Oven Method: Preheat oven broiler. Place pork tenderloin on a sheet ban or broiler pan. Cook on broil turning every couple of minutes to sear all sides. Turn oven down to 350℉ and cook 45-55 minutes or until it reaches and internal temperature of 145℉.
  • Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving!
  • Dig in and Enjoy!
