Cottage Cheese Crisps – KETO friendly

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Milk Small Curd Cottage Cheese look for lowest sodium version
- Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blends Any Flavor – Season to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop up cottage cheese with a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop and lay it on prepared cookie sheet. Flatten the cottage cheese out with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blends onto the cottage cheese.
- Bake Cottage Cheese for 40-50 minutes or until they are browned on the surface. The edges will be dark brown and the center will be a golden to medium brown. (note: the browner the chips, the crunchier they will be.)Watch the chips for the last several minutes of baking
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Chips will get firmer/set as they cool.
- Store unused chips in the refrigerator in an airtight container. They can be re-baked for a few minutes to re-activate the crunch.
Notes
NOTE – Cottage Cheese can be high in sodium. Make sure you check the sodium levels of the cottage cheese you are using and ensure it fits in your sodium budget!
