  • 1 Foil lined Cookie Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs small red, white or golden potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Adobo Seasoning Blend – Season to taste Can also use Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • tsp A Dash of sea salt OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Cut potatoes in half or quarters and place in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blend, and a dash of salt (optional).
  • Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Transfer potatoes to a sheet pan and spread into one even layer.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, stirring half way through until they are golden brown.
  • Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle parsley for garnish if desired. (optional)
