Taco Mac Salad with Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Macaroni
- 1/2 Bell Pepper diced
- 1 small can Sliced Olives
- 1 can Diced Green Chilis (can use 5 whole green chilis, diced)
- 1 small Jicama diced
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 3 Tsp Lauri Lee's Ultra Low Sodium Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Boil macaroni according to package, draina and rinse.
- Add veggies, Mayo, cheese and seasoning and combine well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
