As part of the order fulfillment process at Lauri Lee’s LLC, we do require some basic personal information in order to process and ship the order to you. In addition, as part of a sales transaction, you may provide credit card information to our payment service provider, but your card number is never inputted or stored on any systems of Lauri Lee’s LLC. Information we automatically collect:
When you use our website, we may collect information related to the device you are using that informs us of how you use our website, including whether you are viewing the site on a mobile device or desktop, what pages you are visiting, how long you stay on our website and regional information for the IP address of the device. Our website may use cookies to track and measure website statistics to determine the overall success of our site’s performance. Why We Collect Your Personal Information
At Lauri Lee’s LLC we DO NOT sell or trade customer address or email address information. Email addresses are used to send receipts and shipping notifications on placed orders, and as a means to contact you if you cannot be reached by phone. We may also use your email for occasional marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or by sending an email to customercare@laurilees.com.
Your name and mailing address information is used to accurately ship orders. Your billing address will be used to confirm the validity of your payment information.
With Whom We May Share Your Personal Information
Our payment service provider (Square Inc.) is licensed and insured against fraud and processes all online credit card authorizations. Lauri Lee’s LLC does not store your credit card number on any of our systems. All subsequent activity on your account is accomplished without your card number by using a Lauri Lee’s LLC specific token that represents your card or the transaction.
Security at Square (Our Payment Service Provider)
To protect Square account holders and their customers, all information our customers submit is encrypted to Square servers, regardless of whether you’re using a public or private WiFi connection or a data service on your phone (such as 3G, 4G or EDGE). Square complies with all required PCI standards. As per their Terms, Security Policy and Privacy Policy, they will never sell information to third party vendors.
Square protects its systems with industry-leading technology and security controls, including:
- Square performs data encryption within the card reader at the moment of swipe.
- Square’s software is developed using industry-standard security best practices.
- Square’s servers are monitored around the clock by dedicated security staff.
- Square’s employees act in accordance with security policies designed to keep your data safe.
Since Square itself is PCI compliant, they don’t require account holders to validate PCI compliance. Merchants who use Square for all storage, processing, and transmission of payment card data do not need to validate PCI compliance for those transactions.

Right to Opt-out of Marketing Campaigns
You can choose to stop receiving certain promotional or marketing emails from us by using the unsubscribe link in the emails, or by sending an email to customercare@laurilees.com.
Right to Request Disclosure
You have the right to request the disclosure of personal information that is stored, used and shared with third parties. Upon request and verification of the request, you will be provided with an electronic copy of the information categories that Lauri Lee’s LLC has shared with third parties. Lauri Lee’s LLC will endeavor to respond within 45 days of the receipt of the request.
